For all the Prank Angels fanboys, who has no idea what they're +supporting for. Do keep in mind, an arrest had been made, but the guy they were trying to arrest was getting away. Following the rules, the rules clearly state that you are allowed to KoS if you are NOT able to arrest. with that being said, gj Clarky, a prank a day, keeps gmod troller away. In a valid reason to gluon him case, the cop must attempt to chase him and atleast swing his baton towards the player 1 time, in the gif he didnt even swing it once, therefore it is rdm. It's funny how you guys then proceed to harass/slander my name by saying I am RDMing suits when the kill was valid. Please refer yourselves to the video of my POV:

If you look in the right side of the screen at the start, there is a cop clearly trying to arrest GmodTroller however he evaded that arrest and continued running away so then I proceeded to kill GmodTroller for the reason being evading arrest from cops. It is not RDM and it's clear why it isn't, sure call me a dick for how I ripped it but don't be running around screaming that I am an RDMer when in reality I am not and basically slandering my name when I have explained myself multiple times.

Grow up if you're going to continue being a dick towards me, I won't be tolerating it.
