Oh come on guys. Psycho meant the bloody Traitor Traps. He (or someone else) got killed by one of them probably and they were talking about them. It's like someone saying: "Wow this map is so gay". Or "This weapon is gay af" e.t.c.
Also, if i say that something is cancer that doesn't mean i am disrespecting people who have cancer. If that was the case, then hundreds of people should have been banned on TS/Forums .

This was pretty unclear since we can't see the rest of the chat and i believe that (with the proof provided) DrConor did nothing wrong there.

About the Report part, because he the moderator asked the victim to report someone at the forums (because apparently the victim couldn't get the video proof on time) that doesn't mean the guy should get demoted nor officially warned. If i was him, i would ask the victim to send me the video as soon as it was ready, i would close the chat and re-open it after the proof was provided and continue handling the report. But that's just something that new moderators probably don't have the experience to do and we need to give them some time.

I have looked over your evidence and spoken with DrConor in regards to this report, and I have decided that the proof you have provided is not enough for your allegations to be proven.You say that he allowed his friend to say "traps are gay", but there is no proof that he was even dead at this point, and as the comment was made by a user who was dead, there is no proof to even say that he was capable of seeing the message. It is also highly possible that he just missed the message or didn't see him. He has stated on this thread that it is not offensive due to the fact that it is "directed at something that is not human or living", so from that I believe that he is also unaware of what it actually means, so I will make sure that he is aware of this, as it is offensive.
In regards to the reports, there is no evidence that they have not been handled correctly, there is only a screenshot of him saying things which would not at all be considered a poorly handled report, he merely wanted to get it done at that point in order to continue with his job, as, without further evidence, he couldn't do anything until some was provided. The user could have made another report ingame, sent him the proof or taken it to the forums once they had managed to get their evidence sorted.
