TOPIC: I can't post a thread? Connection closed?

Hi I just tried to report a guy for aimlessly ripping my defib for no reason / harassing members and staff; but when I try and upload the video it says connection closed? Anyone can help? It is mp4.

You guys think that I can get a defib refund because i bought 5 booster packs for something decent and it just gone like that first 5 seconds i try to use for first time
