Hacking is not a 'Mistake' there's no excuse for that, if it was a mistake you would do a entire series of "mistakes" downloading the hack, downloading a dll, injector, injecting the hack, and activate it and then eventually use it. I think the best option would be to confront them like we did in the old policy. They would be informed about how they can appeal their ban and then banned permanently. If they lied about it then it would take longer for them to be unbanned, compared to if they were apologetic about it when confronted. Anyways, what people seem to misunderstand is that an Appeal is and should not be seen as a valid way to escape the system. Perma banning someone should be considered a permanent ban, not an "You got banned but just appeal tommorow and play again" ban. I personally believe a kick is the perfect go-between in this situation.

Perhaps to appease the community somewhat Grand Wizowd brings the best option, with a month-long ban to rethink your actions on your first offense.

Yeah he hacked, we all know it.

He used some command he was told to put in his console that triggered a kick, it was then patched I believe. So no he was not using hacks from what I've heard.
