TOPIC: refund request of broken refund system

yesterday i was basing on S3 with my giant mega base and an clan of 40 people( half the server) eventually the server went so laggy it causses to crash the server when i had: 1 bdp, 1 uranium production unit and all VIP and normal printers. i quikly rejoined and saw this in my screen:

i wanted to do /refund but then it says this: [ZARP-Notice]: You do not have any pending refunds! when i did /restore all doesnot do anything so pls help

Because you left the server, when you leave all you refunds go.

the server chrashed, i joined straight again, and then i had the messeges, but i didnot work. it was late so i quit and made and topic on the forums today
