Is it worth calling a Team anymore?

This is another big reason I forgot to put in my resignation.

The staff "Team" doesn't act like a "team" anymore. It's all vs all, yelling at others to do f1's so they can rp, or just letting them stack to 10+ before doing them. Waiting for them to be 15 minutes old so they can say they don't have logs so they get a free f1.
When I joined the staff team, I was so excited. I got 200 f1's every week, did my best, even lost sleep over it sometimes.
Things changed, even in that small amount of time
I was no longer getting help with f1's. Most of the time I was the only one doing them
Every little mistake had to be called out by people of the same rank as you (Admin to admin) instead of them talking to you (Doesn't really sound like a team does it?)

The only people I could call my "Team" while being on the staff "team" would be Dramn, Samurai, Chummy, Tilin, and Nutzu.

Those are quite literally the only people that would ever help me for more than a few minutes at a time. There are a few others, don't get me wrong. But for the 100+ staff that we have, don't you think I should be able to remember a few more names than that?

I'm not here to diss on the staff. I'm here to make a point.

With so many staff members it's difficult to instill a real "team" feeling, all of the biggest communities share this attribute where the staff team is unable to fully function as a team except for at the highest ranks in the team, the reason is clear though.

It is extremely desirable for a staff member to want to be LT in one of the biggest communities obviously so there is a lot of competition, not everyone is like that obviously but that's just how it is. Some servers managed to counteract this problem by only having 1 or 2 ranks e.g. Admin and SA only and having it so it's very difficult to go up a rank meaning the competition feeling is shattered because the only thing you can do is be a good staff member but this also doesn't motivate the staff to work hard and deal with as many sits as they can.

So the problem is really unsolvable, you just have to try your best to be the best staff you can and hope others will follow.

There are a few problems that need to be sorted out; some rule adjustments and some adjudstments to the staff requirements I feel like.

I would still be admin right now if I was targeted and harassed by two admins.

Recently a lot of old staff have been applying, by old, I mean the ones who genuinely cared about keeping the server clear, hoping this keeps on happening because recently, stuff has been going to shit...
