I have an AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core Processor and AMD Radeon HD 7450. Probably time for an upgrade.

Considering Ryzen shits on Kaby lake for multithreaded performance and the fact that by the end of the year almost all modern titles will have optimization for Ryzen and we've already seen it for games like pubg Ryzen is a better choice than an i7. Also it doesn't run hot as balls and you don't need to delid AMD processors to keep them cool.
