Regardless of if you don't have to apologize, you should. You abused your powers and that isn't acceptable at all regardless of the situation, I mean you clearly calculated a way that you could try do it that would seem less like abuse than anything else by using the hypersuit and that makes it very difficult for me to feel that this was done out of rage.

I've had many times where I have done something stupid to someone IRL or just talking on TS for example, yet I still will apologize to them, no matter the situation, because it shows you can admit to your mistakes, and shows you can be professional about a situation, NO MATTER who they are or the Circumstances.
