Sarcasm aside, 1) Chances aren't 0%, it all depends on the player's rank, location, prime / not prime. 2) Bypassing VAC isn't a hard task, so not all cheaters get caught. 3) The majority of cheaters are above MG1 (probably even above MGE), only ~40% of the players are probably over MGE. 4) Why is my left nut hanging lower than the right one? The fact that you're basing off the amount of BANNED cheaters by their failed a-c instead of knowing the actual amount of active cheaters already makes this post incredibly invalid, pls remove it.

You could only really calculate the amount of cheaters per match if you know the real amount of cheaters that are currently active (alot), but you can't since 99% of them won't admit to it.

Also might I add that in the last month I've already come across 2 spinbotters which both still aren't banned, and that is about the average of every month (on high skilled mm), which once again, makes your post invalid.

This is just simply wrong, i played in nonprime matchmaking 2 days ago, 5 out of 7 games that day had a spinbotter / aimer in the enemy team, none of them have been banned even tho i used a report bot on them. VAC at its current state is shit, trust me, i have been cheating myself and i know how easy it is not to get caught. Your statics are based of BANNED people, welp, the cold truth is that 80% of cheaters do not get banned.

i also have ur nut hanging problem but my right one is lower than the left
