This is for the people who go to the gym/lift at zarp, I want to know what everyones pr's and routines are just fill this out and add any extra for example when I lift I'll do 3 sets of 6 reps with the heaviest i can do because I want to bulk and I'll eat up to 4k calories a day. I'm just curious.

i chaged it abit to fit what i usally aim to improve on

Height:1.83m
weight: 85kg
Deadlift PR: 150kg
Benchpress PR: 90kg
Squatlift PR: 110kg
routine: i mostly aim for doing more sets with a bit lower weight instead of maxing all the time
Diet: No special diet. I eat well.
extra info:
i divide my training into 3 main days. Leg day(speaks for itslef), Bench day (working upper body) and last deadlift day (also upper body, mostly back aimed)
