Tyler & Para's Community Manager Campaign

We added new info on our thread.
As of recent a lot of users have been asking time and time again about the state of the staff team. A lot of people are upset and they wonder why our current staff team is performing as good as they could, not reaching their maximum potential. Why are the moderators sometimes performing sub-par?
Currently when new staff are accepted they get trained and then pushed out into sometimes stressful reality that is being a staff member. Some people can cope with this whilst others fall flat and either don’t live up to the standard or resign. This has always been how it’s been done but as of recent it hasn’t always been enough.
If they staff members aren’t performing as good as they could this obviously leads to discontent within the community and applies even more stress to staff that then need to deal with people complaining about them. Hence creating a downward spiral.
One of our goals is that following trainings we will further watch the new staff and make sure to intervene when needed, both to make sure that they don’t make too many mistakes and to help those that are already up to par develop into even better staff members than they were before. This way we can both make moderators better candidates for admin promotions and admins better candidates for lead team positions.
This would then lead to users being more content with the current staff team and lessens the stress placed on the staff creating a more friendly and easy going environment.
One of our primary goals as community managers would be these kinds of improvements to make sure everyone enjoys their time in the community as much as possible and to ensure a friendly and professional staff team.

Yes the Cs Go is something we are willing to look at. but it did not survive last time. it lost its player base in 1 month time.
Yes but the problem is what kind of servers to add. The most populated ones are PvP surf with pointshop and my favorte "knife only" I would like to help create the CS:GO servers if I would have the permission to and I would do everything I can to keep people playing it!
Fuck off Luki, why do you have to do this ear rape type beat to my homie EMP.. he JOINED YOUR CHANNEL just for you, and you welcome him like that ? come on bro, have some respect to the big ballers man, and when i say big ballers, i don't mean it in weight. He actually lost 250 pounds,

If you're actually going to do what you've promised, I'm actually going to vote one of you.
I hope it's not a lie just to get CM as we actually need those things.

Me and Para have both brought up these goals for a reason and that reason is that we both want to see them become a reality. I am glad to see such as positive opinion towards the things we mean to introduce into the community.
