I have an amazing idea for you, Like if you add a section on it saying "Contact Staff" on it and then it tells you what's happening and what server then it beeps our phone to join the server maybe? I had a similar idea. Thanks for the suggestion I'll see what I can do

Imo thats a fucking horrible idea, staff would just get beeps all day from people spamming it.
Great to see you doing this apache!

If it's somehow doable, there will be a button that says "Go On Duty!" On the phone, and then you'll get them beeps.

Not really a bad idea dude, They're always ways to work around things like what apache said "Go On Duty" or you can block people from spamming like 1 time a day or until a staff member marks the request as finished? I don't know just brain storming.
