Within SSRP, you can get repuation by raiding big bases, giving away shit and stuff like that.
Within TTT, I have no idea. I guess be a nice guy?
Within Forums, do stuff like appeals and such (if you're staff on a server) Otherwise try to be helpful, be nice stuff like that.
Within Deathrun / Bhop / Surf, I have no idea.
Within PropHunt, be generally nice and helpful.
Within TeamSpeak, be active, talk to people. Interact with "everyone"

In General...
Either going for staff, being helpful and nice, talking to people, giving away stuff. All sorts of things can help.
