You have to pick one of the two alternatives. A- Slam your fingers in a door frame using the door. (probably breaking your fingers). B- Place a toothpick under your toe nail with the point end facing the under side of your nail and kick the wall. Since I can't leave the room myself, I'll just make sure to get the honey badger out of the room, then simply wait out the hour by playing games on my phone.

I'll break the toothpick, Meaning I still furfill the requirements but I don't hurt myself that much.
