Probably PSU broke when you moved, try changing it with another unit.

Try connecting a toaster to it, might be the problem.

Jokes aside, hope you get your PC fixed soon. Could it be that your Power Supply needs more Power?

Make sure your power supply is in and if you can open up your PC and see if lights turn on
