He does? I haven't watched his videos since phoon quit haha... I kinda lost respect for him from what he did to laundries, also that he might have used scripts for bhops.. But i don't know what he is like now. Also, I am going to post a picture of me. I'm probably going to do it when I get to 2-3 months mark. I'll post pictures of when I started, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months of progress.

Haha, i'll check him out. I've currently got a un-toned sixpack but it's pretty visual. I've also improved my chest a lot so I got a semi-big chest now, good shoulders, meh biceps & triceps and good back. My legs are also decent.
