I would recommend you to try out Calisthenics, it's really useful and efficient. I started calisthenics and if you would like to start, here is a beginner routine I use and do every day:
5 Knee Raises (On a Bar)
5 Pull Ups
15 Squats
10 Push Ups
5 Pike Presses Elevated Feet
50 Calf Raises (1 leg) (25 each, 50 total)
5 Close Grip Chin Ups (On a Bar)
3 Cycles of this everyday, I do 1 in the morning, 1 afternoon and 1 near night.
if you train the same body parts every day you end up injuring your self you need to give your muscles time to rest and recover from damaging it during your training. you create miniscule tears in your muscles when you work them out. if you do not give them time to heal up you start re opening the healing tears and create scar tissue which is what you do not want.
