Dude i game on a shit Laptop With only 4gb ram and i tell ya what it takes me 4hours to join servers i have never joined (or i just timeout after like 1hour) my fps is shit ingame and the ammount of times my pc crashed whilst i have been mining Dont Evev GET ME FUCKING STARTED! You can get a really good pc for a decent money today if you know how you can even build it yourself personaly i am using a 500€ laptop that is not the best but it is pretty good ( Intel i3 and a GTX 710M) ofcurse there are cheaper pc's just if you are buying a laptop dont buy one without a graphics card you will not be able to even play minecraft.... While i agree that there are jobs most of the require you to have experience in working and that is really hard to get specially when you are underage.
But you probably could get a part time job in a local store it really all depends on your age if you are like 16 you probably have a decent chance if not then it might be harder.
The main reason employers don't like underage workers is because they are responsible for anything that happens to them even if they just get a paper cut the employer is responsible for him.
