TOPIC: Some bullshit is going down.

So, let's have a look at this warn for a second:

So, you see the story in those screenshots, correct? Zax had no idea that the Godfather had only recently become Godfather. The person who was Godfather didn't care about getting demoted, he said he had to go and didn't need it. Yet, Zax still receives a warn for false demote. This is a perfect example of an admin handing out a punishment just because they can get away with it. This is completely unacceptable.

Don't instantly lock this; think about what I say.

The Admin had all the rights to warn him, although I do agree he shouldn't have warned him, some people are just less chill than others and that's something the lead team can't really change unless they make it so it's against the rules not to be chill.

As i mentioned in the already two times locked post, it is Zax's responsibility to make sure that the godfather has the time to set up an agenda, he could easily have watched him for 10 minutes before deciding to demote him, but he didnt, resulting in said scenario.

As for the warning, let me make it clear what it means to be warned; a warning is not a punishment.

Its a warning, which might sound pretty obvious, but i dont do verbal warnings, i give trackable warnings or none at all and it was clearly Zax's fault as he should have waited until he was sure that the godfather wasn't going to make an agenda, there was no rush whatsoever, Zax is an ex staff member and an experienced player, he should have known this.

Ive seen a few people quoting the following line:
Thats the thing, i was sure, the logs clearly stated that Zax had demoted him 10 seconds after he retrieving the Godfather job, i was not making assumptions or taking sides.

It is to be said that Zax was arguing and being ridiculous in voice chat the entire time, hence why the logs arent tracking it.

As for the victim not wanting the job back; that plays no role at all.

OT: Gems can warn him at his own discretion. I understand your opinion, but it's a staff's responsibility to enforce the rules that are in place.

I don't agree with the warn, but I don't disagree with it.
