I noticed it, I will have fun with it today after school, nothing better than cracking some puzzles Also there is Serbian, German and english words (That I found so far, now I am going after itallian than romanian than swedish...) This puzzle is easy. I'm surprised no one's gotten close to what it all actually even means. I'm too lazy to figure it out to the last detail but if you want I can post what the general meaning is. I'm not sure what the "decoded" message is if there even is one but that's not the important thing. Some may be wrong some may be right but I think I got the general picture and this is what I noticed when I looked at it:
I'm probably overthinking this way too much like soxey but whatever

-There are exactly 420 letters
-Every letter used in the coded message are made up of a set of words that is the actual coded message:
not exact order or exact words but I think its the general picture

and then theres a v left over I don't know where that fits in and maybe there's an ISIS in there too idk but thats what i got when i saw it
