I'm not sure what the "decoded" message is if there even is one but that's not the important thing. Some may be wrong some may be right but I think I got the general picture and this is what I noticed when I looked at it:
I'm probably overthinking this way too much like soxey but whatever

-There are exactly 420 letters
-Every letter used in the coded message are made up of a set of words that is the actual coded message:
not exact order or exact words but I think its the general picture
