TOPIC: Racism rule out of hand.

Ok guys
I am going to try and stay neutral here and explain a few of my thoughts on this subject.
I have been watching this racism thing slowly get worse and worse, and now it has become seriously out of hand.
I don't understand why people need to use the N word in every day conversation anyway. Does it make you feel big? Does it make you "one of the boys? I don't know and tbh I dont really care. As long as you keep that shit away from my ears I am not going to know about it. I can see that a lot of you just use it as ammo, so that you can have a good old moan when someone acts on it. But i dont see that as the biggest problem.
The biggest problem (to me) is the way it was implemented.
It was just thrown out there without any warning to the players and without any timescale of when the new rule will come into place, and with absolutely no explanation as to why it has to be done. So many people have now had a ban for something they didnt know had changed. I really do not like this idea of going over people private chats to see if they have been bad. This is witch hunting and should be stopped roght now. This just screams that the person doing the witch hunting is paranoid and power hungry.
I am not siding with the racists here. I think many of you have a hell of a lot of growing up to do. I know most of you are children and tbh you should act like children. When you get to my age things aren't so easy anymore.
I think this needs a serious sit down with all of the staff and get some 2 sided constructive rules put in place that can help the community. And once an agreement is set put out the new rule with time to affect.
If you have an opinion share it with your higher admins. Dont sit there quietly kissing arse because you are scared you might not get heard. And when this new rule does come into place, explain why it is there..

Finally someone stands out here, I've even seen the Lead Team failing to follow it themselves. Something extra does need to be done about this
