1. So yes, VAC does exist but it is not up-to-date.
2. You get the idea of what hacking in a game is, it can be the same as what cheating is defined as.
3. Pretty much any online game you play, it shows how lacking your brain is to think about other people and how you are ruining their gameplay by taking advantage of them whilst they play the game legitimately.
