At this point let me tell you why i feel your Application unacceptable:

It clearly says "LAST TIME YOU GOT WARNED", so we need a date. You can also estimate.

It's sad you have to put this in caps, just so you can have a bigger chance of getting in.

You left it about 3 times. Once even 1 day after you came into the gang.
