As a T-Mod, I have done as much as possible when possible with the abilities I was given and during my time on the server, have been able to gain a understanding for how everything works.

Explain a situation as a Trainee Moderator which you encountered where you needed an Moderator+:

An example of a situation would be when a user joined the discord and decided to spam it with the intent to annoy other users which lead me to kicking him. However he kept rejoining using the invite link with no intent to stop and thus I needed a Moderator or higher to ban him (or more specifically his IP).

Why you? Why not tho?

You need more time. You should also take the application more seriously and overall you should improve your activity on the discord and interact more with the gang.
