KAMIKAZE GANG THREAD
Kamikaze is a gang which will gain money in any way necessary, including mining, raiding, claiming hits or printing. The leader is Kyber and the Co-Owners are Ramen and Viking.

Things you need to know:
Our punishment system goes like this:
1st problem = Warning 1
2nd problem = Warning 2
3rd problem = demotion
4th problem = Full demotion and kick

Gang Application Template

Gang Rules:

1) Do not raid at other members or allies of our gang if they own a shop or base, this could result in a gang warning.

2) Do not break any server rules intentionally while in this gang.

3) Do not place hits or mug any allies or members of our gang, this could result in a gang warning or demotion depending on the severity.

Rikushōō

This is the person who owns the gang and has power over promotions to ranks on the officer level and demotions across the gang, this person has the most power in the gang and sorts out alliances etc.

Shōōho

Shōōho is the best achievable rank in the gang and has the most amount of power apart from the Rikushōō. They can kick, invite, and promote people from the trainee rank up to the member ranks. They are allowed to emergency demote members in extreme circumstances. This rank can accept applications on this gang thread. They are also allowed to promote members up to Issa with approval of the Rikushōō

Issa
Issa is the penultimate achievable rank and has a lot of power, they can kick, invite and promote people from trainee rank up to Issō on their own accord and also demote them on their own accord. This rank can accept applications on this gang thread.

Ichi-i
Ichi-i is the first officer rank which gives you access to kicking, inviting and blacklisting people from the gang, this rank has a lot of trust in it as it is the first officer rank. Ichi-i's have the power to promote people from trainee to Issi but no higher.

Issō
Issō is the highest member rank in the gang, it doesn't have much power but this rank is for trusted and loyal members of the gang, it is only given to people who have proven themselves to be skilled.

Sansō
Sansō is the second lowest member rank in the gang, people who obtain this rank have proven themselves to be better skilled and have surpassed Issi rank, on rare occasions, a trainee can have a double rank up to gain this rank if they prove they are skilled enough.

Issi
Issi is the lowest member rank and for people who have successfully passed their trainee period in the gang and have proven themselves, they have a level of trust in the gang.

Jiēkan-kōhosē
Jiēkan-kōhosē is the trainee rank within the gang and is given to people who are accepted in their applications on this thread, they will be judged based on their skills and knowledge.
