I joined ZARP for a bit of fun, Didn't really expect to be here for this long but I grown so attached to it that I cant leave it just keeps pulling me back, I want to become a part of the Community Team because I have experience with Community in different places, Im part of a Youth Council, Ambassadors for all kinds of stuff arranging from sports to community and i believe this can help me
I have a good skill set for Community based roles like I said in the comment above me, I have a strong believe that my skills in real life can meet the expectations for ZARP and the community
I would like to achieve this role and many roles for ZARP, I will start applying for staff positions in TTT and Surf because I want to actually stay with a position instead of resigning all the time and with my year and a half being here i want to spend a year and a half helping out for once
I have a brilliant personality and its a vital key to become a Community Manager and I With all my roles in real life contribute to it and thus improving it over time and time
I have been a mod for at least 5 times now but I want to come back and actually become a member of staff again and I know people wont take my word for it but I want to become a staff on all the servers including TTT, Surf, DarkRP etc and If i get voted in I can promise you there will be no more resigning posts or anything like that from me ever, I tend to stay with Zarp many years
The benefits of ZARP’s unique democratic processes Is that everyone gets a say for things like applications, instead of owners deciding like most server i go on its actually the staff community that give feedback whether its negative or positive, the lead team and staff take in to account and lets people vote yes or no so it give a fair chance So it doesn't become rigged(Not saying saying it is rigged or anything)
Sadly I dont know Some of these but there is nothing wront to start studying and knowing how to to use it

Thank you for Reading my applications and I would Like to wish other candidates good luck and good fortune, I had someone comment on here saying "you actually think you will get cm?" Nothing wrong with effort and trying to gain what you what you want, and since I don't know much at least I can try and get a good chance to be accepted but If I don't, I wont be mad or sad if I become 2nd or 3rd or whatever, the only thing that counts is that I tried and nothing wrong with trying and I gave it a go, Its a big responsibility for me if I get accepted and Im positive that I can hopefully be given a chance to prove myself worthy of this position
