TOPIC: [SSRP] My ban appeal

Story - HI admins , recently I was on S1 and there was gambling taking place at the ZARP sign. I came over and gambled around 5 times, winning some and losing some - giving money each time. At the time the terms were the highest wins. I did not read to terms every time after the first time because I believed they are the same every time. Highest wins the money, right? However, on the last one we did it again, and I got higher than the mod. I said 'gg' in chat showing that I believed that I won - but then he says that 'lowest wins'. I felt as if it was unfair as he did not tell me specifically the new terms and I did not read the terms. I even pasted the 'kush69' (agreement) before he spawned the text, showing that I didn't read the terms. So when he said that, I was in shock and didn't want to pay because at the time I thought as if I was getting scammed, I was not told the new rules.

I respect all admin's decisions and I understand that I'll probably be told that: 'you should always read the terms.' I understand what I did; but I genuinely didn't know the new terms until after the gambling. Keep in mind, this was a mod who gambled with me (not DuckRevoe I believe), I do not remember his name.

I do see both sides of the story; but genuinely I did not know the terms until after we gambled. I wouldn't do that normally as we gambled successfully 5 times with million bets. I am willing to pay everything back and even some compensation as I see his point of view that I did agree with the terms; even if I didn't see them they apply. Just in the moment I was quite shocked.

I respect your decision, I would just like to get back onto the server and will pay everything back. That exact day I bought 3 booster packs and feel shocked with this permanent ban.

Generally, if you can pay what you owe you'll be unbanned.

Ok a couple things here YOU and ONLY YOU are responsible to keep updated with the rules as they are posted we shouldn't have to spoon feed you every step of the way. The other thing is that the Scamming rule is outrageous and is a bit excessive in my personal opinion. I personally believe scamming for in game items should be allowed and anything that is of real currency should be only included in that rule IE: new booster pack items, VIP and so on. Scamming on a gambling machine is kinda crazy to get banned for so hopefully they show you some mercy and unban you.

PS: You really should take more responsibility for your own actions in the future. I couldn't go give someone the wrong medication and say well I didn't read the patients information I just assumed everything was good Id be fired.

Do you remember who you were supposed to pay and the amount? If so, let me know and we'll get you back on the server as soon as possible.

As long as you are willing to pay what you owe, you should get unbanned, I'll forward this to DuckRevoe.

I don't remember the moderators name, but I'm pretty sure DuckRevoe does as he was talking to him before banning me, if I do though I'll post it here.
