Story/Situation - What happened? I was in a Third party TeamSpeak, talking to a friend my bind key was x (the same as the voice chat key on gmod cause im used to it) and I said somthing to my friend but I never knew if u minimize the Gmod u can still talk in Gmod As i said i said a joke to my friend that was funny to the two of us However some how Cherry heard when i wasnt even on gmod and gave me a reason for disrespect of his famly when I had no clue what he was talking about but then he told me what I said i told him i was in teamspeak i didnt know I was speaking on gmod FutherMore i just want to say i had no intentions on doing that.

Shortly after I had decided to handle this report I was able to talk to mycherrycrush, and he's told me that he is greatly offended by your remark, after discussing some options we've decided to NOT remove the mute from your record, as he's already given you a verbal before - and you had promised you would stop.

In future notice, please do not disrespect any Staff Members - especially when they've told you it's not okay before.
