Reason - CDM (misunderstood)

Time - 3 Days
Story - Hello, I am writing about a recent ban on my profile for CDM. I would like to address the fact that the reason for these CDM events is because of my keyboard; the "W" key gets stuck after being pressed for just a short amount of time.

The admin who banned me told me that a simple "sorry" (which is what I said as the event occurred) wouldn't do. I was hoping to explain my keyboard situation to him, but I had to tab out and turn my sound up as I could not hear him. Once I had tabbed back in, he was about to ban me, I quickly said as much as I could, (e.g. "No, my keyboard is broke") but it was too late. I can even explain how my keyboard became this way. Recently, my village suffered badly from flooding. Water got everywhere, and although my keyboard was still able to be plugged in, a lot of the keys don't work as well as they used to. Luckily, I almost have enough money for a new keyboard.

I really love your server, and I sincerely apologize for my behavior. I will make sure it does not happen again. Thank you for reading and I hope you can understand.

I am the one that banned you. I've checked your wrap sheet and its full of warnings of Mass CDMing.
Also your mentality of " I have a broken keyboard BETTER GO IN A CAR " isn't exactly the right thing to do.
Also your logs were FULL of kills with a car. Like 10+.
Further more when you CDM'd me and a bunch of others you were going FULL SPEED and when you were CDM'd us you were like " SORRY GUYS ACCIDENT ".
I currently have NO intention of unbanning you

Of course i said it was an "accident", because it was; broken keyboard. next time dont stand in the middle of the road

You already have recent warnings for CDM and now this ban...
It may just be me but by the looks of it you're just trying to bs your way out of a ban.

I assume you ran more than one person so I see no reason for you not to be banned
Once your ban is over, please have some common sense; if you cant drive a car without running people over, regardless if your button gets "stuck", dont drive one at all.

He's trying to justify CDMing 10+ people due to a "stuck" W key caused by a flood...
Still trying to understand how a flood partially damages a keyboard and nothing else such as the sockets or his PC.

Hello, Vraxx after looking through the appeal i have not had any luck of getting a hold of the staff member that banned you so i have taken upon this and i have decided to DENY this appeal. Seen as though there is no proof of your keybored being broken .
