Hi just wannted to say i am very sorry for me trying to crash the server and i would like to be unbanned my

Use the ban appeal tempplate. Or this will just get locked. And denied

Anyone doing something to crash the server will be permanently banned, there is no reason for it. Should have thought about the consequences before you decided to do it.
