Reason - Scamming But i didnt scamm .
Time - Permament
Story - I did a CF with Bobbys Bobbys for 1b which I won. And i ended up getting banned because they thought i was trying to trick him into gambling with me while i had no Money . But i did have the money, in a way, aeris excalibur owned me 1b and i was gambling with those money which he had in his acc, he was going to connect in the server later to give me the money , i tried to tell that to the admins but they weren't listening at me at all.

He did risk something, Aeris has the 1B that Papa was supposed to have. Aka he was risking that money, so I don't really see an issue with that

He had the money in theory, just not in practice. Aeris confirmed it and you can reach him yourself if you choose to believe otherwise. He was risking his 1B just like any other guy does, it makes no difference not being able to provide it right away, he had it.
