Punishment Reason - Claiming own hits

Story/Situation - There was this very annoying dude so I put a hit on him and killed him, spicy was spectating me for some reason and warned me for it?
Extra Information - I have video of it but the fps is cancer so i will only provide it if its needed. I dont know rules well at all but im fairly certain this isn't valid
