Story/Situation - What happened? I was warned 3 times before hand for Racism meaning I was kicked which means i didnt deserve this warn, It came along with a 1h ban
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? I was kicked not avoiding mute

I haven’t banned someone for one hour in ages, how long ago was this? Also I always check if somebody was kicked or anything else rather than intentionally leaving, if this wasn’t the case though, I apologise

You had only had 2 warns before you received the warn I gave you for mute evasion, the warn for mute evasion was your 3rd warn within that 24 hours, meaning you was auto kicked after I warned you for evading the mute, so no you weren't auto kicked, you left the server intentionally and came back, after that you was auto kicked for doing it again, hence why you have 2 warns for avoiding mute.

Looking at your recents, the last one can be removed because there you would have been autokicked. The first three were correct and you did mute evade once, but the second time you were auto kicked. It would help a lot if there was more evidence here to prove this but I was a fairly new mod then, and I am happy to take your word for it and for that punishment to be removed. So to clarify, the last warn labelled "Continuous Spam (Disconnecting and Reconnecting)" can be removed.

However, even after you was autokicked, you did still come back and carry on spamming the chat with paragraphs of symbols, so the next warn was needed I just shouldn't have added "(Disconnecting and Reconnecting)", you still was continuously spamming after being auto kicked. So if anything, the warn just needs to be renamed. Sort of unnecessary
