I have already handled it. Explain why we should unban you and I'll have another look. This copy and paste is nkt gonna cut it. We need to know you won't do.it again. This appeal just screams "I'll hack better next time".

Unfortunately as he stated, he would NOT like you to handle this Stewie, another Prophunt staff member of equal or higher rank will need too.

While I agree that despite his attitude, Dovah really doesn't seem like he deserves or really wants to be unbanned, the rules are stated clearly to prevent bias options. However, I'm sure if another staff member looks at this and the previous appeal, they'll see that his stance hasn't at all changed, other than that he refuses to let you (Stewie) handle it.

Seriously man, you need to just let someone else deal with it. Because as I stated above, I don't believe that he should be unbanned either, I am basically agreeing with your decision, so please don't take what I'm saying the wrong way. This is how simply how things work.

You gotta remember that there are certain people who will be bias in their decisions when it involves some type of punishment, and all he is wanting is a second option on his appeal.

Think about it this way, if you believe you were falsely diagnosed with a life threatening disease, would you not ask for a second option? Or would you just accept that you have this disease because some doctor tells you that you have a life threatening disease that you must live with.
