Alright, after taking a look at this Appeal and having a long chat with Latias, I came to the conclusion to Accept this Appeal due to Latias giving you a mute for the Same thing 10 Minutes after it already happening. OxyFoxy Should have done it himself instead of telling Latias to do so.
