Story/Situation - What happened?
Basically i just got done for NLR and received a warn cus i killed someone after they rdmed me without me even knowing who he was and me and Micky were messing around not effecting anyone RP experience and after i killed to kid so i could continue messing around skeleton warrior moved me to a roof and i was very awkward cus i didn't do anything i wouldn't do normally so yeah however after this i got the warn and the rocket off of it i got NLR in fountain i re spawned and i quickly ran to the edge of fountain to re meet with Micky and we were then going through bank to go raid PD skeleton warrior was in bank. HE THEN PROCEEDS TO FOLLOW ME SCREAMING IM BREAKING NLR IN BANK WHICH I 100% WASN'T as all i had NLR for was fountain and since he didn't stop following me i got angry and shot him. he instantly tped to me and we argued for around 5-10 minutes over it because i defiantly didn't have NLR in bank im 100% positive as i never died in bank up to that point only spawn and fountain so yeah he then warned me for NLR which isn't right as i had no NLR in BANK ffs so i then proceeded to get angry and told him to "Kill Himself" as i walked away but i aint appealing that one just the 2nd warn he gave me for NLR and RDM

literally was the most BULLSHIT OF SITUATIONS that resulted in multiple other warns

If you only died in fountain I don't see how you're breaking NLR in bank

Yep, bullshit warn.

Although I am unsure about having NLR in Bank, you did enter the Fountain District to cross through it. As stated by the rules you cannot enter the district you have NLR in regardless of what your purpose is there. There are a few exceptions however crossing through the district is not one. I do not believe a warning was needed but it is most definitely valid.

EDIT: After quickly reading through the appeal again I'm a bit confused: you got NLR "after a warn and being rocketed" - does this mean you received both a warning as well as a slay? Considering the fact that slays have nothing to do with RP you should be allowed to re-enter the district as the NLR is for RP and slays are not.

Guy don't argue all i did was quickly cut through to fountain to meet micky when then instantly ran out not even talking to anyone in fountain district straight to bank where skeleton was he then proceeded to follow me screaming about it so I looked at the top of my screen and there was nothing about bank simply fountain due to me getting the rocket there and park since I got rdmed there prior to my first nlr break and warn. So I got angry that he was following me so I turned and shot him so he would shut up tbh as it is false obviously this led to the sit in which i explained i simply crossed through it to meet micky and that was it and we instantly left as he witnessed he then refused to listen so I got angry again and kicked off a lot of people including onion were laughing tbh but yeah I 100% didn't have NLR in back so this led to me disrespecting him and led to me getting a 3rd warn

Either way I'm sorry for breaking nlr a to kill a rdming bean but if i made an f1 no offense it takes 10 minutes minimum to he handled and he could of easily left the server so I dealt with it myself which is wrong and well I'm sorry for telling him to "kill himself" but i mean u were just following me around the majority of the time after my first warn which I then thought was starting to effect my rp as all i was trying to do was raid PD and u were screaming about a false NLR
