Sorry just curious, why because he waited out the ban does it mean it should be removed from rap sheet? I fail to understand that

If the ban was still valid I have simply unbanned him but since he waited it out there would be absolutely no point in this appeal, so instead I will remove his punishment from the rap sheet?
