People have right to ban discriminating users on spot without a warning. Just be consistent with it

The thing is, when someone says it about a black person , that is just what everyone is against, not once have i seen someone be banned for racial slurs against white people, if he said the same thing but about a white person he most probably wouldn't be punished, acknowldeging someone's race is not punishable.

May i ask how many times you've seen someone racist against white people ingame?

Hello Magik,
after taking a look at your appeal I have decided to accept it. Sadly I was unable to contact Harry within 24 hours of making an attempt so it was up to me alone to decide. I believe a warn would have been better in this scenario and not a ban. Your ban has already expired but I will contact a head admin or above to remove the ban from your rap sheet and give you a warning instead (to those that may say it doesn't matter, it does especially when looking at someone's rap sheet to decide if they want to ban him again and if so for how long)

I agree with Raeker that this punishment is fully valid and i don't see much of a reason to accept it especially without talking to Harry first. The thing that was said could easily be argued that it was racist and under the new discrimination stuff Harry was well within his right to ban him and the punishment is valid. 0 tolerance. The ban will be replaced with a warn and he waited it out anyways, I told Hary to re-add me on steam (on snapchat) and he said he would but it's been over 24 hours since then and I haven't gotten an answer. And that is fine, but you do not get to decide Harry's punishments. At least speak to him before you make such a decision on your own.

Just because you have a 24-hour waiting period doesn't mean that you have to deal with this the moment it's done.
