Hey my name is Anon_Gaming, I've gone through a fair few of gmod servers in my play time.

A Little about me

For the past 7 ish years i have done programming, and across the years i have learnt many different coding languages.
This is the main thing about me when it comes to jobs. Currently at college doing Game Dev with TheNeonRaider

I've also played the piano for the past 3-4 yrs which originally started out as a recommendation for Music GCSE, and has now became just a general day thing.

Another thing is, I enjoy body building. I done a lot in a short time, learnt a lot, and if i wanted to, I could train others, Injuries or not.

and then the final thing if it is apparent allready, there is always something injured on me xD.

That is a little about my self.

MY training is always different, i will never stick with 1 specific routine, After about 1-2 months, i change it up a bit, for example, weight, or training techniques

When i'm training i'll do. Weight's in different ways, for Muscle Growth or Strength,
I'll also do resistance training, to stregnthen and support my joints(Even aqua areobics, that stuff is goooood)

I also have to train differently so i had to learn to train with injuries which can be good as it allows me to be able to train a wider range of people.

I also normally train my friends or gym friends. OR soon my Bro-inlaw who i need to moan at for many reasons xD
