TOPIC: Making custom steam profiles for all!

Hello guys! Recently i was trying to find something new to spice up my steam profile, so i went on to learn how to use Adobe After Effects so i could customize my profile a bit more! So if any of you guys want that just fill in the template down below. The only requirments is that you have a level 10+ steam profile! Okay so i am getting a feeling people are posting before reading, SO READ
First of all a level 10 steam profile is required.
Second quite some people dont seem to understand you can not use custom backgrounds for your profile. I need to know the background that you want (you can only get these on the steam community market and by crafting bagdes)
I also won't make it for people who provide me with litlle to no information about what they want cuz i would not even know if you would like it then.
