how would you deal with a disrespectful player? :
first i say don't be disrespectful and than I would give him a warning and slay him
and if he does it again i would kick him
and if someone got bullied he has to say sorry and he has to say what he did wrong because if he didn't he will do it again

Why i should be chosen:
i am very nice guy and i have a lot of potsial and i cope very well under pressure.
i always fit nicely to the team and i would never be mean or unkind to anyone on the server, i would only help them.
I never planned to become mod but than a mod and super admin told me i am realy good as a mod and they motivated me to become a mod.
i also invited a lot of people to the server and they realy liked the servers.

Your answer on dealing with a disrespectful player isnt correct.
Try answerring on the question more detailed. The part about AFK and chat spamming isn't needed.
Try focussing on the question.

Pro's: Your gametime is very good; but try to play some more on S2 to balance it out

It's about what YOU'D do, not what the admins would do. Try adding more details, like Hazmat mentioned earlier.
