How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
- First of all i would try to talk to the person. If he keeps on disrespecting players/staff members i will mute him and give him a warning. If this doesnt work i would warn him a last time. And if he keeps disrespecting after the warnings, i would ask an admin for his opinion and and act how the admin advises, if there arent any admins i would kick him, but thats worst case scenario. If the trouble continous i would ask an admin to ban him due to disrespecting behaviour.

Why I should be chosen?
-I should be chosen to become Moderator because i'm a young/active gmod player that stays cool in every stressfull situation. I try to see the good things in everyone and I try to keep everyone happy. I think its really important that in the end, everyone should have a good time. It should be fun for everyone! I've got alot of respect towards people, as long as they've got respect towards me. Sometimes when im on the server and I see that no staff members are online i feel so weak. I see abuse/disrespecting/bullying and i cant do anything else than just posting it on the forums. Im an honest, kind guy who listens to everyone's word. Im a decent gmod player and I love working with resposibilities. I handle with care and am not verbally agressive towards anyone. Everyone should be treated equal; noobs as equal as deathrun experts. Status doesnt matter, the attitude does.
Im following courses to teach young kids new sports, I think that my experiences to conversate as mature as possible is a great benefit. I can handle loaded servers while still performing at 110%

If I get accepted to be a [DR] Moderator, I would do all thats possible to keep the server as player-friendly as possible!

+Support You're not yet active enough, but I'm sure you will be in the next couple of days. I have recently played with you in-game and in my opinion you are a serious and mature guy that really wants to help the others out.

I haven't seen you on the servers and you have by looks of things just started to play on these servers however, you have been improving your game time and hopefully it continues this way

Your application does look decent hazmat, but I haven't seen you on both servers at all, so I don't know if you even follow the rules or report any rulebreakers to staff. I have also looked at your gametracker and your ingame time for both servers is really low ( for server 1 you have only played for 50 minutes and for server 2 you have played only 3 hours and 47 minutes), I would recommend playing on the server daily and then apply in the next 2-3 weeks or you could try and get your ingame time up before friday.

My final verdict for this application is Natural. In the meeting I will listen to the other staff members and see what they have to say about you and then make my final decision.

First of , i'll start with your application , if you can try and bold each question , it will make it quiet easy to read and it will make it look tidy , highlight the questions , then press the b button up , it will make it look tidier and nice , next in how would you deal with a disrespectful player , you've added 2 and , i know its not that big of a deal , but it would help .

i haven't really seen you , even though I'm not that active anymore , and from game tracker , it seems that you've played on server 2 for 2 days only , your in game time is really low , even if your active , you still have till Friday to improve your in game time , and prove to OTHER administrators/mods that you are mod worthy , and that you really care about the community and other players , you might not know , some people would just apply on there 1st week just then to abuse or ban everyone and etc..... , sorry if that offended you .

I'm giving you a Neutral , i'll be talking to other mod/admins about you and see what there opinions are about you

I might seem new to the servers but i just wanted to clear out that im not going to abuse any of the if not given powers. I really want to help the other people.
I have seen RainbowDash and ManyaJane already but that was when i didnt talk that much.

I really try to improve my game time because i want to prove that i can be a good moderator.

I haven't seen you much. But when I saw you you were friendly and mature.

Though I really think you should proove yourself more and get some gametime build up.

I would suggest you reapplying in a week or 2.

Im working hard on my gametime.

But i feel that extra gametime wont change a thing about i would handle as a mod.

It certainly will change a thing. We are looking for active mods, and not people who just play a couple hours, apply for mod and get accepted, and then going inactive.

In no way will i go inactive or abuse the powers that a mod has.
I had no intentions to that.

Sadly you're not the first to say that. Most of the staff are looking for 10+ hours combined on both servers. I have noticed many of my collegues didn't really see you in-game yet, so maybe get a little more active to show us that you can be a good moderator.

I am really working as hard as possible on being as active as possible.
The last days i have been online 2hrs/day and thats with the extra schoolwork a hard thing to do.

I just want you to know that i am trying everything to get as active as possible.
My game time got up 4 hours already in the last 2 days.

Your application looks great, in game you are an nice person. I never see you break any rules and you report rulebreakers.
You are friendly towards other players and help them if needed.
I am going for neutral now because of your gametime, when your gametime does get better you will get my support and I know you are working on it.
