Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death matching is the killing of a random player with out a valid reason for example ''I dont like them'' that is not a valid reason or you are simply killing innocent people making these reasonless killing Example. Player x is running down the street and sees player c and shoots him without a valid reason that is counted as rdm.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is the amount of time you have left to go back to same spot lets say player c gets killed in a raid he then has to wait a certain amount of time to go back to that same spot or else he will be breaking new life rule.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
MetaGaming is The act of using outside or previously gained knowledge within a gaming universe for personal gain or advantage.Someone that has more play time etc has moved their character to the most protected area of the map as he has played the map before.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Well since the logs show the player y killed player x we really have no visual proof but since player x accuses player y of rdming i will both ask them their side of the story and in conclusion if it all adds up i will warn player y for rdm.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Firstly i would go a check how close the rdm area was to spawn to see how much of a peak time they can be compared to if it was right next to spawn it would have been player y's fault for breaking new life rule but if the nlr is far away then it would make no sense at all that he would be able to kill player x as quick as that, there for i would give a warning if player x was right or if player y was right and player x has fausly accused player y of breaking nlr i will give him a warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would firstly wait for a short period of time as i think it is unfair or it may have been a simple panic after about 2 mins i will go to him and tell him he needs to advert for help or call the police so he is then doing the correct things instead of asking for help in out of character chat there for ending in a good result for both of us.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
Well i think i should be chosen as i will be active and there for any member of staff or player that has a problem no matter what it is, there for i would be giving the community a better boost improving overall game play for all loyal players and new players just starting out, and the better i do with this server and the better all the staff does if we work as a team the more sucessfull we will all be attracting new players and being one of the more high ranked and fun servers attracting alot of new players everyday yes i can goof around some times i can goof around but i will act mostly mature when it comes down to being staff i can try my best to handle any challange that comes my way no matter what i wont give up trying to help the gaming community as suggesting good ideas that i think will improve the server etc.

I have seen you rdm people you base with and regardless we are looking for a professional staff set so people know we are serious about this community and rule breaking with not be accepted. So until I see some improvement

Regardless of what you may have seen i will surely step my game up, even if i have ''rdmed'' if you mean what happened today then that surely doesnt count as rdm but either way thanks for pointing out something wrong, I will take every accusation and bounce back with something twice more helpfull
