TOPIC: Defib refund + report

Hi,

So on S1 just now I got a defib blueprint and made it, and its my first time using it. This guy comes up and RDMs me twice after harassing people in chat and even before that, making vulgar terms at admins for banning the previous mayor (which he was not affiliated to in any way). This is also a report; but most importantly I would like my defib back. I was trying to revive a body at spawn (just testing it out for the first time); and this happens...

Thank you for your time; I'm quite annoyed because I bought 5 booster packs in the hope of getting some good BPs and the defib was one of the best and now its ripped; just a few minutes after crafting. For no reason too! It's so annoying...

I added the screenshots of him being disrespectful. I don't really like to see vulgar threats + language because it's just unpleasant.

We do not refund for rulebreaks, but I'll come on and give you my defib, bud. I'll review the rest of the report as I'm joining s1.

I have already refunded u so just use the template man you will be good also try to provide video proof by posting it on other sites like youtube or even dailymotion

Unfortunately, with no SteamID there isn't much that can be done. I got on s1 and asked the staff that had been on during that time and none of them had logs that matched the name provided. I know this is frustrating, but at least you got your defib and more back from it. Next time, take a moment to screenshot their profile in the tab menu and we'll be able to take care of the reported player.
