EMP is the only person in all of ZARP that can change someone's name. I've only seen him do this once when he changed a banned user's racist and disrespectful name to "IThinkImReallyCool" I'll send this to EMP over Steam. Don't ask me why but supposedly he can't change people's names. That's what Para told me anyways.
