how do i know if its mounted? and if its not what do i do

Start Garry's Mod and then click the controller to the right side and make sure counter strike is selected

This has happened to me on Zarp, I recommend just re-downloading C:SS Textures, I can link you to a vid on how to do this.

i know whats the problem now. in the controller its selected in cs global offennsive and team fortress 2

If it is showing the red cross then you do not own CS:S, it's that simple. Stop being so cheap and actually buy the game.
