TOPIC: Need super help

So today i can't join gmod for no reason. When i start it just said an error occurred while updating GarrysMod (content file locked)
E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin\base.fgd
Plz help me ;-;

Verifying the integrity of the game:
(In steam library: Right-click, Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache...)

Close steam and run it as admin:
(Close steam/Exit steam and right click on the steam icon and run as admin)

Maybe delete the game and reinstall it.

I have also seen it say change the region where you are downloading from
(Steam settings > Downloads > Download Region)

and Clear the Download Cache

Don't download it on your E drive & C Drive, Put it in 1 section I recomend C Drive.
