Every game i play, even when i watch a video, gets awful stutter and so does the sound, this has only happened after installing my GPU. For instance, when i play a higher demanding game, it starts to stutter and get massive lag spikes, and sometimes even stay on a low FPS. Overwatch i used to have a lag problem, when it would be on 20 FPS the whole time, but when i turned my rendering scale down to 100% it would make it 170+ FPS. Im very confused.
Looked it up, uninstalled drivers, reinstalled drivers, messed with game options.
This is not my main PC.

AMD A8-6600k APU with Radeon HD Graphics

There could be a few problems here Have you tried:
Restarting your PC
Changing the driver with Nvidia Experience
Getting more ram or gpu ram
I am no computer expert but i know a little about them

Try upgrading your CPU. I have Zotac GTX 950 but i3 2120 Core. I got a very bad framerate at the time but when i upgraded my CPU to i7. Framerate increases to 200 fps + with all max settings
