there is a cooldown on gifting
pretty sure this wouldnt work
Also change your picture it is terrible.

bind mouse1 "_inven gift stone 1 <INSERT YOUR USER ID HERE>; +attack"

Type status into console and the first column will be userid's, they will change every-time you reconnect.

Pretty sure you can also just use their steam name, worked for me before I got banned
